Return Policy

Custom Built Products

We will not accept returns on custom built products such as (but not limited to) awnings and cupolas. We will however accept a return if the product is defective, damaged or shipped in error.

Defective, Damaged, or Items Shipped in Error

All packages must be inspected for damage when delivered.  We guarantee your product for any manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.   If you have received a wrong, damaged, or defective product; please contact us immediately either by phone at 1-877-251-5327 or via email at info@crescentcitycopper.com within 14 days of delivery.

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping we will issue a return authorization and arrange to ship the product back at our cost.  Once we receive the product back in our offices we will inspect the item and either repair it for return to you or replace it with a new product.

Damage during installation

Crescent City Copper does not warranty items against damages that may occur during the installation process either by you or a third party installer.

Other Returns

We will accept returns of any standard products (not including custom built) within 30 days of receipt provided the product has NOT been installed or used. Please contact us at 1-877-251-5327 for a return authorization.

Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 30 days for a refund to be issued.
